In 2012, Field Roast Grain Meat Company perfected a vegan frankfurter to join its line of artisan, vegetarian grain meats. They turned to Revolution to help them revolutionize consumer thinking with a campaign that would break through to meat-lovers elevating it above the “veggie dog.” Smart messaging, nostalgic storytelling, trend data, photos and specialty recipes convinced 20 top national food editors to try it.

Raves in outlets like the New York Times, E! Online, Whole Living Magazine, Saveur, Family Circle and the Chicago Tribune pushed media past 10 million and sold the frankfurter as a top-quality hot dog for both carnivores and vegans. The business results – sales tripled!
