Athleta Activates Athleisure-Loving Seattleites

Seattle is known for its love of comfy clothing. So when we reached out to Athleta, we knew the opportunity for them to gain mindshare and marketshare was limitless.  A six month long campaign, we tapped into two seasons for experiential events that generated buzz, press coverage and sales.  

Beginning with a “Summer Style & Glow” event, we combined a workout from a famed local fitness instructor followed by a workout wardrobe styling session with top local lifestyle blogger Jess Estrada. Guests enjoyed a private workout and shopping experience, while Athleta received numerous social media mentions, media stories, and most importantly an introduction to new customers.

This event was followed by a fall “Fit to Fab” fashion show capitalizing on the booming athleisure trend.  Co-hosted by well-known local stylist and KING 5 New Day NW personality, Darcy Camden, guests were treated to tips for combining Athleta wear with favorites from their closets, mini-facials from Skoah and blow-outs from Swink Style Bar. The private event hosted more than 100 people and yielded the company’s most profitable day since they opened.
