7 Podcasts We Can’t Stop Listening To

Our office is committed to that #neverstoplearning grind, but between work, commuting, errands and social lives, sometimes dusting off that Brene Brown book we ordered off Amazon two weeks ago and settling in for some brain food seems like nothing but a pipe dream.

Lucky for us, podcasts continue to gain popularity as a primary medium for news, knowledge and personal betterment – and even better, you can tune in anywhere.

Whether we’re at the gym, cleaning the kitchen, or inching along in rush hour traffic, we’ve found ourselves swapping Spotify playlists for podcasts. With so many amazing podcasts out there, you can find one to fit almost any specific interest, niche or need ranging from wellness to true crime to long-distance besties catching up on-air. We love that tuning in to our favorite channels doesn’t keep us from knocking items off of that never-ending to-do list – talk about productive!

If you’re feeling a little lost amid the thousands of podcasts out there, our team has pulled together a list of the ones you don’t want to miss:

The Goop Podcast: This podcast is relatively new, and we’ve been hooked from the start. Each week Gwyneth Paltrow sits down with leaders, culture changers, and industry disruptors. And if we don’t have your interest yet, the very first episode is an interview with one of the biggest change-makers in the game, Oprah!

Make America Relate Again: It’s no secret that the current political climate can feel polarizing – and sometimes, straight-up toxic. In this podcast, host Samia Mounts (a liberal Hillary Clinton supporter) sits down to chat with women who voted for Trump in the 2016 election. It might sound like a recipe for disaster, but the compassionate, respectful conversations that result make it feel like maybe our country isn’t so divided after all.

The GaryVee Audio Experience: Gary Vaynerchuk is an entrepreneur, CEO, investor, vlogger, and public speaker. His podcast provides endless insight into business, marketing and social media with actionable, applicable advice. This podcast never fails to keep us inspired and motivated at work.

Bulletproof Radio with Dave Asprey: Dave Asprey hosts this informative podcast that focuses on the question: “What are the simplest things you can do to be better at everything?” With almost 500 episodes, we always feel inspired by the easily-applicable tips and takeaways.

Raw Talk with Sheena:  Sheena Manina is the founder of a celebrity acclaimed juice bar in New Orleans and is joined by  Amberleigh Carter, Dr. of Metaphysics, to discuss all things health. As self-proclaimed wellness junkies, we love that we always leave this podcast feeling a little more equipped to be the best and healthiest versions of ourselves.

Tribe of Mentors: Tribe of Mentors, hosted by Tim Ferris, is a series of life advice from the best in the world. We can’t get enough of the insightful and thought-provoking episodes. Our favorite? Whitney Cummings – Find Your Calm.

Happier with Gretchen Ruben: Gretchen Ruben has mastered the art of happiness, and she wants her listeners to be happy, too! This podcast offers practical, easy-to-execute advice and tips for forming good habits and making small changes that will have you well on your way to being your happiest self.
