You’ll work on multiple client accounts, undertaking basic graphic design projects, including web, print and media. You must have a keen sense of design, be a proactive communicator, excellent time and task manager, and comfortable in a professional environment. Your can-do attitude will align well with a go-getter team that thinks creatively, asks questions and doesn’t settle for anything less than great.   Qualifications you’ll want to possess… As a boutique agency, we seek an individual who can work well independently with guidance from other team members, has strong research and critical thinking skills, and can confidently navigate any task or situation. There’s not a lot of room for sprawl, so you’ll want to be super organized and able to grasp new clients and industries quickly.  You must have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator. You should also know how to use all Microsoft Office programs and have a knowledge and passion for social media. We’re flexible, so you should be too.  It’s also important that you are a consumer – and have general interest in consumer lifestyle products, particularly in the food and beverage, health and wellness and pet and/or kid industries.   Your previous experience should include… At least one to two years of professional graphic design experience, ideally at an agency, plus at least one internship or some combination that demonstrates you’re on your way to becoming an experienced graphic design pro. A bachelor’s in graphic design is preferred.   Our culture is pretty unique We’re kind of like one big (or small depending on where you’re from) family.  We like to work hard and have fun.  We’re serious about getting it right and have a lot of laughs along the way.  While we have titles, it feels like a flat hierarchy with everyone doing a little bit and often a lot of everything. We’re persistent and persuasive, thrive on creativity, and while striving for greatness is the name of our game, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.   What you’ll be doing You’ll work on everything from logo creation to social media graphics to creating websites to updating newsletter templates to making our PowerPoints look pretty. You’ll support the team in designing new concepts and executing ideas that make our client campaigns visually engaging. You’ll be a key part of the creative process, including brainstorming sessions, developing creative briefs and sharing key design trends that will influence our client work. You’ll learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment where you’ll be crucial to the success of each account you work on. You’ll work with clients that span across a spectrum of consumer lifestyle industries, but they all have one thing in common – our team vets each new client and project, only choosing those we are passionate about promoting.
