Bring on Spring!

Spring has sprung, even if the chill in the air says otherwise. Before we know it, the ground will be green, flowers will sprout and sun will shine – we can’t wait! Here are a few ways we’re welcoming warmer days. Grow your own spices Gardening can be overwhelming and time consuming but the perfect way to bring on spring. If you’re up for the challenge, we use this all seasons calendar to create our garden game plan. If you don’t have space or time for a garden, try growing your own herbs and make your windowsills a little happier with a cute Mason jar garden like this. Welcome the birds, too We are big believers in doing what makes our souls happy and feeding the birds is one of them! What better way to welcome spring than by welcoming the birds too?! Audubon Park is our one-stop shop for everything bird feeding. Ditch the drag of spring cleaning Hearing the words ‘spring cleaning’ makes us cringe. Having a clean home with a crisp, clean smell is one we prefer. Our spring cleaning secret is KIDS ‘N’ PETS STAIN AND ODOR REMOVER. Not only does it leave a fresh scent, but also uses oxygen activated dirt removing enzymes that rid the peskiest stains. Including those barf stains from the flu that plagued your house this winter. Host a spring fling Gather your favorite galpals to say good-bye winter and hello spring! Host a wine and chocolate night or the best of both worlds with Bissinger’s Chocolate-Covered Wine Grapes on the patio. If hosting isn’t your style, hit up your favorite outdoor seated restaurant with your favorite ladies. We love outdoor brunch at Westward or happy hour at Percy’s and Co. This spring will be one for the books so kick it off with those you love! How are you planning to welcome spring? We’d love to hear your ideas! Share them with us on Facebook or Twitter.
